Bulk Scan Out - Cleared Items Only

⚠️ Important Update:

New Condition Added: Only records with customs_status = 'CLEAR' will be updated. Records with other customs statuses will be skipped.

Instructions:

Upload a CSV, XLS, or XLSX file containing Master Bill and House Bill columns
NEW: Only records with customs_status = 'CLEAR' will be processed
The system will update the scan_out_time to current timestamp for matching cleared records
Records already scanned out will be skipped
File should have headers in the first row
Supported column names: "Master Bill", "House Bill", "masterbill", "housebill"
Note: For Excel files (.xls/.xlsx), PhpSpreadsheet library is required

Note: This operation will update the scan_out_time field to the current timestamp only for records that match Master Bill and House Bill combinations AND have customs_status = 'CLEAR'.

Security: Records with customs status other than 'CLEAR' will be skipped and shown in the results.
